iPad Review Part 1 (Design and Portability)

Today I am going to be reviewing the Apple iPad..This is part 1 (design and portability). If you have any questions don’t hesitate to comment below.

Design

The overall design of the iPad is excellent.  Like many Apple products, the iPad is designed so that there is no hassle for the buttons, no configurations or anything of that matter. With a nice aluminum unibody backing and a curved back like the iMacs. The iPad feels great in the user’s hand and you get a nice grip on it so it doesn’t slip. Furthermore the elegant 9.7 inch LED backlight display delivers one of the best screen resolutions seen on a tablet device so far, its 1,024 by 768 pixel resolution which allows you to play 720p  HD videos. The microphone on the top left of the device makes calling a breeze, using Voip applications such as Skype or iCall.

All and all the iPad’s design is beautiful and has very easy hardware to operate.

Portability

One of the best aspects of the iPad is the portability of the device. Weighing in at a minuscule weight of 1.5 pounds the iPad is one of the lightest tablet computers on the market right now. The height (9.56 inches) and width (7.47 inches) makes the device easy to fit in a small bag or purse. The small size of the iPad makes it easy to travel with. *Bluetooth will be discussed in part 3.

All and all the iPad’s business aspect is truly astonishing and will be discussed further later in part 3.
